Candidate Management
We consider that excellent candidate management
and communication are key to our business approach. Our candidate
care process-from the initial qualification of skills and experience
to the final decision-is comprehensive. Our consultants receive
extensive training in briefing and de-briefing candidates and keeping
them informed at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
Regardless of whether candidates
are successful, we take an honest approach and give detailed
feedback to each applicant. We communicate this information
either face to face or via telephone.
Once we
place a candidate in a position, we stay in regular contact. The
aim is to ensure the new employee is satisfied and settling into
his or her new role. In addition, we seek regular feedback from
employers on employee performance
