Our candidate care process-from the initial qualification of skills and experience to the final decision-is comprehensive. Our consultants receive extensive training in briefing and de-briefing candidates and keeping them informed at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.

Regardless of whether candidates are successful, we take an honest approach and give detailed feedback to each applicant. We communicate this information either face to face or via telephone.
