How to prepare a CV
How to handle interviews
  How to handle second interviews

At this stage, even the smallest details can make a difference, so your preparation needs to be even more thorough. The second interview is often a technical test, after the first interview established that you would be a good cultural fit for the company. So ask what the format of the interview will be. Whatever the format, you will need to show that you are competent and that you would work well with the existing team. And you will need to provide fuller answers to more searching questions

  TIPS

Remember to take your CV with you.
Ask for the business cards of the interviewers so you can send thank-you notes after the interview.
Check with your recruitment consultant about expense claims if you need to travel for the interview.
Try to learn about the potential employer's needs for the role, so you can relate your skills and experience in a way that meets those needs.
Check with your recruitment consultant that you understand the company's business philosophy and position in the market.
Be prepared for the questions that you found hard to answer in the first interview.
Think of new examples or new ideas that you can convey to the interviewer.
Be positive, focused and enthusiastic.
Be honest about your weaknesses, but indicate how you are trying to improve them.
Show initiative-for example, ask about the expectations of your role in the first six monthsea.
Use this interview as a chance to work out whether you really want to work for this company
After the interview, call your recruitment consultant to give immediate feedback.
